Event Summary:
The Monster Dash 5k was designed to raise awareness and much-needed funds for the Foundation for Icthyosis and Related Skin Types. All proceeds go to F.I.R.S.T, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping families with genetic skin diseases collectively called ichthyoses. Our family is one of those affected when our first born daughter was diagnosed with EHK, a form of ichthyosis.

Registration and Packet pickup begins at 7am on RACE day.
1/2 mile kids Run begins at 8am...5k Run to follow...Walk to follow 5k
Childrens T-shirt sizes: Medium or Large
Adult: Small, Medium, Large, XL, and XXL
 
Raffle Tickets: $5! Golf gift certificates, restaurant gift certificates, and local shop merchandise. 
Trophies are given to 1st and 2nd male and female categories for 5k. All children receive a medallion.
Registration Fees:
$20 thru race day, on race day $25. (race day registration begins @ 7:00am)
ONLINE Registration will END by October 17 at 8pm.  If you want to register after then it will have to be in person on race day! 

The 5K run wil be timed using Chronotrack. You need to wear the chip on your shoe to be an official finisher. Smoothie King will be donating a %  to FIRST from each smoothie purchased.
